Atlas 1031 Exchange accommodates forward, reverse, build to suit, improvement and leasehold improvement exchanges. Exchangors have two fee options, one without interest and another with interest each held in non comingled liquid escrow accounts under the exchangors social security or employer identification number. Dual signature requirement to release funds is also an available option.
