Safelists can help you to build your mailing list but there are several other ways to list building. You can incorporate a web form on your blog so people can be updated, then you can email them also and your mailing list keeps growing. List building is merely limited by your imagination, you can build it everywhere. The point is it is limitless.

So which of the two do you have to you use -- safelists or your own mailing list? You should be making use of safelists but only to the point where it is helping you grow your own mailing list.
